Call Us: 770-817-8028

Most people work with us because they are dissatisfied with how they feel.

Sometimes they are taking Rx meds that they don’t want to rely on (or that don’t fully handle their problems). Sometimes they have a set of symptoms that have been difficult to diagnose medically. Often their medical tests come back as normal, but they really don’t feel right. Trust your instinct! Fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, depression, poor digestion, hormone imbalances, headaches, brain fog and many other symptoms are not just a normal part of life. They are taps on your shoulder that your body is struggling in some way.

The beauty of Traditional Naturopathy is that we can find out why these symptoms are happening and support your body’s amazing healing abilities. To learn more about how this might help you specifically, contact us for a consultation. We do not charge for this, because we feel it is a valuable tool to be certain that we’re a good fit for each other. In the meantime, scroll through the site and let us know if you have any questions. Warmest wishes from the Vitality Project team!

Traditional naturopath

Debra MacIntyre

Hello! I’m Debra MacIntyre and here’s a bit about my professional history. I started my career in holistic health in 1976, working as a health club manager for an organization that heavily promoted good nutrition and lifestyle in addition to exercise. After falling in love with the concept of Wellness, I started nursing school, but changed course when I learned about holistic health, homeopathy and naturopathy. I got my nutrition certification from American Health Science University, and a Traditional Naturopathy degree from Trinity School of Natural Medicine. I received two years of advanced training in Biological Medicine with Dr Thomas Rau (medical director of Switzerland’s Paracelsus Clinic), did multiple advanced certifications in NAET allergy elimination with Dr Devi Nambudripad, took 2 Neural Therapy courses with Dr Deitrich Klinghardt of the Sophia Institute in Seattle, and became certified in homeopathic hormone rejuvenation with the California College of Natural Medicine. I’m a nature girl at heart and particularly love to spend time in the mountains.
